Welcome to Southern Brooks Community Partnership

International Womens Day 2010International Womens Day 2010
Our main priorities are:

  • Helping children and young people through the transition into independance and adulthood
  • Making sure that families get the support that meets their needs
  • Reducing isolation amongst older people
  • Supporting the development of safe, strong and inclusive communities

We do this by working in partnership with groups, families, individuals and organisations which have similar purposes as ours

Southern Brooks runs a range of projects across Bradley Stoke, Filton, Patchway and Stoke Gifford. Our purpose is to help people make a difference in their lives, their families and communities. Through talking and listening to people we've identified some priorities for our work.

As an independent organisation, we respect the needs of people locally and globally. We work in a way which embraces diversity working flexibly with the needs of our community

We are approachable and work in a non-judgemental manner being passionate about providing a professional and quality service
